HPES worked closely with Tim Greatrex Architects and immersive marketeers, Black Sparrow Presents to transform a series of historic railway arches beneath Waterloo Station into a unique cultural and creative hub for skateboarding, art, film and music.

The site is delineated into four main functions, each housed within a specific tunnel: a gallery with artist’s labs to create and display art exhibitions; a cinema and screening room; an 850-capacity gig venue; and finally, a skatepark for all levels of skateboarding ability.
